Lol I began hand poking in the back of a gas station in NYC IN 1979, but being female and only 14, my opportunities to actually learn the craft were nil. I did many other things until 1993 when I was fortunate to meet Coney Island Freddie and began an apprenticeship with him soon after. I have worked the majority of my career in NYC in my own and other amazing shops. In 2011 I moved to the U.K. and opened DermaLuxe Tattoo and have been here ever since.
