Absolutely superb experience from booking to walking out with my little goodybag. Michelle was so enthusiastic and prompt via email with a phenomenal sketch well before the appointment. The vibes of the shop are so comfy and everyone I met, from other clients to staff were so friendly. Would definitely recommend Michelle for a first tattoo because of the care as well as such gentle technique. Could have happily stayed all day! She really cares as we had a long chat about aftercare as I've had 50/50 reaction experiences with second skin before so making sure the tattoo heals as well as possible was great to talk through. So thrilled with the design, tattoo experience and aftercare! It's only been a week and it's healed so well and the line work is immaculate!

I couldn’t be happier with my new tattoo by Michelle! From the initial design to the final result, she was amazing to work with, creative, patient, and genuinely lovely throughout. I had a rough idea of what I wanted, and she brought it to life so beautifully. The way she’s incorporated my existing beetle tattoo (that was done by her the previous year) is absolutely incredible, it looks like the whole piece was done at the same time. It flows so naturally and feels like such a cohesive design now. This was the longest tattoo session I’ve ever had, and I had a few involuntary twitches, so I wasn’t always the easiest canvas! But Michelle was so kind, reassuring and professional. She made me feel completely at ease throughout, and I really appreciated her calm, encouraging presence. I’ve come away with a piece I’m truly in love with. If you’re looking for a tattoo that’s elegant, thoughtful, and crafted with real care and artistry, I can’t recommend Michelle enough.
