Michelle is amazing! She understood exactly what I wanted and worked with me to perfect the tattoo design. Made the studio environment very welcoming and never felt rushed when trying to get the placement right. Talked through the whole process step by step and always made sure I was happy and comfortable before moving forward. And I am so so happy with the result, thank you again so much for my kitty! Michelle is a truly fantastic artist! Along with loving her work, I felt totally listened to and in control every step of the way, from taking lots of time at the start to make sure I was happy with the design - it’s easy to feel like you’re being difficult or fussy when wanting to make changes to details, but Michelle was set on making sure it was my absolute dream tattoo before getting started. She was very good at communicating and showed me the results multiple times during the process and gave me options to slightly alter shading/small details as we went along. I have ended up with a gorgeous piece and will definitely be going back for more art from her!

How much is the deposit and when do I pay it?
To hold your spot, I usually require a £50 deposit. This deposit will be applied to the final cost of your tattoo and is paid by card through Tattoodo when you book the appointment. I offer financing options through Klarna, allowing you to spread out the deposit and/or the final cost if needed. The remaining amount is paid on the day of the appointment. I prefer bank transfer but accept cash too :)
When will I see the design? Can I request changes?
I usually send a sketch of the design a few days in advance, so you can check it out and make sure it’s exactly what you envision. If you have any tweaks in mind, don’t hesitate to let me know!
What happens if I need to reschedule or cancel?
If you need to reschedule or cancel, please let me know asap. If you reschedule 14 days in advance, you can transfer your deposit to the new appointment. Otherwise a new deposit will required. Deposits are non-refundable.
Can I bring a friend?
Yes! You‘re welcome to bring a friend to your appointment, but please let me know in advance. And please avoid bringing along more than one person (the studio is quite cozy, so there might not be enough space).
What payment methods do you accept?
For the remaining balance after the deposit, I prefer bank transfer, but cash is also fine. I also offer financing options through Klarna, so that you can spread out your payment over time.
