I got this butterfly done last year, I got the outline done in January and it was filled in / finished in February.. The reason why I got this butterfly was because I found out I have graves disease which is basically hyperthyroidism. When I was getting an x-ray of my thyroid done I looked at the x-ray, and noticed that it was shaped like butterfly wings. So after I got radioactive iodine done to kill off part of my thyroid, I thought what would be a better first tattoo than this. Sorry for ranting😊 #butterflytattoo #butterfly #blueink #purple
